The 2012 Springvale Riesling displays Golden Delicious apple and some tropical fruit notes alongside hints of lemon curd, honeyed white peach, and chalk. The fruit is on the riper side though retains a very tight structure, a refreshing acid line and a long finish with mineral notes.
