The 2011 is creamy, combines red cherry, red plum and strawberry fragrance with earthy notes. At this point it is very fragrant and perfumed, which is as it should be, and with time it will evolve darker, deeper, stronger characteristics. The palate is fresh, creamy, smooth, long and delicious. The tannins are fine and silky. The wine needs three years to really settle and develop and will drink well for at least another four after that.
