Tasting Notes
Medium deep brick red. Quite developed with earthy, sweet fruit, roasted chestnut, sandalwood aromas. Beautifully textured wine with cedar, sweet fruit, apricot, earthy flavours and fine supple tannins. Finishes al dente firm but long and sweet.
This has always been a controversial wine, yet always performs well at Rewards of Patience tastings! Drinking now, 90% Shiraz, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.
This bottle is engraved with Max Scubert's signature, it is extremely rare and very scarce. as far as I know it is the only one in existence.
