Tasting Notes
Deep brick red. Fresh complex roasted meats, tobacco, prune, dark chocolate aromas. Lovely concentrated dark chocolate, panforte, tobacco flavours and firm graphite tannins. Finishes minerally with some herb garden notes. Solidly structured wine and will hold for many years.
Drinking well now, 89% Shiraz, 11% Cabernet Sauvignon.
