Tasting Notes
Deep red-black in colour with a purple hue. The bouquet immediately evokes a serious wine with uplifting and inviting aromas of spice, cherry, briar, cedar and fruit cake. The palate’s smoothly layered up in waves of fine, supple tannins, building blackberry and plum-fruit flavours through the middle; more savoury spice and bacon fat through the finish.
